The rooms look nice and the beds are comfortable. The music isn't bad either. They do keep it fairly cold in there but the beds do have heat in them. They also have a couples massage option.
I get an hour and a half massage every three weeks for years. I have used many different massauses and find each are very skilled par to any other spa.
Scheduled appointment for me and my husband today at 11 got their to find out that they never scheduled the appointment Olivia stated that I must not of called back to confirm the appointment after I booked it online... so I played her back the voice mail she left me and also showed her where I returned "her" called to confirmed and how long her and I talked and her only explanation was I'm sorry I don't remember that conversation and don't know why it wasn't booked she was the only person I have spoken with at this location I will not rebook with her ... as she was to busy wanting to drink her Starsbuck ... so disappointed I should have read the reviews before I booked as it seems to be an ongoing problem ....
First off, they were unable to copy my driver's license at least twice. I do not know if they ever managed to copy it or if I gave up reminding them. I remember standing there twice waiting for them to figure out the copy machine only for them to say they would try again next month.
Next is the episode today. I had an appointment scheduled on Friday for this Monday with Lindsey (I heard she was good from the office staff) only to show up and told that it wasn't scheduled. Then they offer to schedule an appointment for me at either location. Considering that they messed up scheduling an appointment for me once, I am not going to let them attempt to schedule another one. I scheduled my own appointment over at the Toledo location.
Very disappointing. I showed up early, filled out the forms and was brought back to a room to wait for my massage therapist. I waited, and waited, and waited. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45; at 4:06 I walked out. No one offered any explanation, no apology, nuthin! Bummer, I was planning on buying membership.
I rate the office staff a 1 and they are the reason why I will not come back to this location. The location is a decent drive for me.
Do not go here I repeat do not go here. It is a scam do not sign up for their membership. They are unprofessional and their massage therapists are not good I've had 5 different ones. Save your money save your time and go to a more professional place I suggest a place in Perrysburg.
The massage therapists are about a 4. I have had most of them that I liked with only one that I didn't care for because they were too light on the touch.
