I have been taking my son here for years, and he really enjoys the trains and reading area/stage. The holiday special events are especially nice, with puppetry, costumes, and book readings. The children's area is always clean and well organized, with a huge selection of books and toys. The staff is really helpful.
I always enjoy going to B&N, sometimes I will buy something.
Barnes and Noble their computer system was not working correctly. The cashier charged me for my renewal of my membership and then after shopping the computer did not allow me to use it. It said it was expired. Very frustrating trip.
