THANKS a bunch for giving me a FAKE 20 DOLLAR BILL for my change!!! I was rushing through the drive through (which took at least 10 minutes) and didn't thoroughly check my change for authenticity (I shouldn't have to) despite numerous attempts to contact a manager NOTHING has been done! Not even a call back saying sorry! Not to mention the creepy male workers that have hit on me more than once, my food is always cold and dry, coffee usually tastes burnt and I can tell when they don't put in the creamer and sugar that I asked for. This location is on my way to school but I will drive out of my way to purchase my breakfast from the airport location! I will be contacting the proper authorities on the passage of counterfit bills. This could have been taken care of with a simple apology and replacing my money!!!
The food and drinks were fantastic, as advertised. The management, however was a mess. Both times they seemed horribly unorganized, took way too long, forgot about items, and generally seemed like an inexperienced team (literally starting fires in the toaster). Hopefully they'll get better. I'll try to stop here again some time and see.
There is no flow between the employees. One person took our order, then another came to the register...had to tell her twice at least what our order was. Food was ok.like i said, no flow, one gal was was hollering to the gal in the back, what r u doing?? At least twice...were you all new employees? Not sure how anyone can get to work on time stopping there first... sorry, guys.
Asked for a "refill" black coffee in my clean travel mug. She filled it so full I had to drink some to put the lid on... Discovered it was burnt and poured it out in the parking lot.
The staff was super! Very polite and helpful. Fast service. I did think the prep area was a little messy, but it is Sunday and I'm sure they have been busy and hadn't had a chance to tidy up. We had bagel, bacon egg and cheese that was quite tasty. Lots of bacon! I got a lemon muffin that us huge and will be saved for later. My husband had an apple fritter that was very good! We enjoyed our breakfast! And the coffee...of course!
So much for making sure I had tasty coffee at breakfast. Are they TRYING to shut the place down??
