I give this company less then 1 star. Our car broke down around Maumee on our way to Cleveland. Long story short, after spending a couple of hours waiting for a tow truck and getting to Maumee to spend the night until the Ford dealer opened up. After it was decided that we needed a new transmission we went to Enterprise to get a car while ours was being fixed. They gave us a Dodge Journey to use, but when we went back to get our stuff from the Ford dealer we were told that we needed to have a Ford if we wanted to see if Ford would pay for it. So we took the Journey back and got a Ford Fiesta. Never received any paperwork on the Fiesta, car smelled like smoke and was full of dog hair. (Never mind the no smoking and no pets policy Enterprise has). We never received any paper work on the Fiesta and drove the car while ours was being fixed. Within days received Good news that Ford will pay for our rental. We let Enterprise know. Still received a bill for rental. Called Enterprise and rental fee was reversed off of our bill. Nope guess again Enterprise put it back on. Then received bill in the mail for both cars, three days later they put the second car on our charge card. After many phone calls to Enterprise they are putting the blame on Ford. I'm out $400 with no idea of when Enterprise will refund my money.
