Judge Byers the most pathetic judge I've ever met. Clearly doesnt seem to understand his job....09 BAC gives you 6 month suspension but if ur over 3 times the legal limit expect only 9 month suspension. Make any sence? Yeah me either. Pathetic Judge, Pathetic city.
I hate all municipal courts equally
One of the ladies in the clerks office is extremely snobby hands has an attitude problem. If you are speaking with a middle age lady with medium length brunette/blonde hair with glasses, ask for someone else. My case was thrown out 2 weeks ago, with no issues or anything. It's all done. Yet I still can't get my property back for some stupid reason.
