We went here twice and did not have a very good experience either time. The first time my daughter was 1 and they put fluoride on her teeth without asking me first. They then asked me how much soda she was having which of course was absolutely none, and still true now at age 3. The dentist was calm but very accusing in my opinion. He made me feel like I was a horrible Mother that was neglecting my daughter's teeth. Clearly I was there because I cared and needed guidance as a first time Mom. The staff seemed quite unsure on how to deal with a nervous and upset child and Mother which was surprising. I took her a second time at age 2 hoping for better results and as she screamed bloody murder in my arms, the hygienist, who was very young, just scowled and stared at me. I even said nervously, "I bet this must be your worst day ever at your job", looking for comfort but only getting a quiet reply of, "it's okay". I also did not like the open room setting at all. It seemed chaotic, unorganized and more like an assembly line.
I took my daughter a few months later to my longtime dental office where they had stuffed animals with teeth to brush and a fun, experienced staff and dentist. The rooms were more private and we could talk, play with the chair and I could hold her so she was comfortable. We just went again at age 3 and she left hugging everyone and telling them she loved them after a full cleaning and floss. She was even by herself in her own room but obviously where I could still see and hear her.
The worse service, charge you front with this visit and said to refund after insurance claim... Never received the refund even the insurance claim was cleared for my son, my daughter's claim never been received by my insurance, and they kept telling me they did submit. I called and emailed many times never got the issue solved for 3 months. Horrible service, they don't care of their customer, only cares of charging $$$$$

The staff is very friendly and take great care in making our children's dental experience pleasant. Fun, kid friendly, and a little bit quirky atmosphere the kids feel relaxed in.
My son had a tooth extracted. I was anxious but it went very well. The staff was very caring and professional and put us at ease. The office is very kid friendly. Excellent experience!

I guess I just had very different expectations for a pediatric dentist. Sadly it just felt very rushed and impersonal.
