Very disappointed with the flowers sent for a birthday. They were unattractive and nothing like the picture on the website. I specifically look for a hometown florist and expect more. I will not be ordering again from Emery Flowers in Maumee.

I ordered 3 Latex 3 Mylars and a small stuffed animal for my mom's birthday through 1800Balloons. The bouquet arranger noticed that my card was addressed to "Momma Kat" and signed "Baby Kitten". Instead of the traditional teddy bear my mom was presented with a Kat plush! She was thrilled and that personal touch means so much. Thank you.
Incredibly cordial. Couldn't make a delivery because I waited until the last minute, but went out of her way to give me another company who could facilitate for what I needed. Will be using them in the future!
