I love this Kroger location.
This had to be one of the nicest customer service experiences I've ever had. I couldn't find something on the shelf and a associate went to the back to see if they had it in back. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I've yet to leave without an employee engaging in a conversation about something with me.
Clean store, convenient location. Only downside is that they don't have a liquor store like the other Krogers. But it's still a great store to shop. Great prices
I'm used to the smaller locations so the expansion that they've implemented with this location always amazes me.

It feels like family-friendly Walmart. Not that Wally's World isn't family friendly. It just feels more welcoming.
I used reusable shopping bags only to have a clerk 'verify' the coupons and act like I was trying to steal something. Never going back! I'm not a thief and don't appreciate being treated as such when I'm with my family grocery shopping! Also, extremely inefficient self-checkout employees that need more training. Thanks for sending me elsewhere, Kroger.
