Clean facility. Well kept. Lots of machines, free weights, swimming pool, track, and group fitness. All items are included with membership. I wasn't happy about the fees, they seem a bit high. I still joined and am happy with the gym
It's a chill place to get a good workout in and they have a lot of equipment to work with. Also, you can go to any class that they have going on at the moment. With no extra charge! There is a lot of good stuff that they offer, but there are cheaper gymnasiums out there. However, you do get what you pay for.
I recently visited this gym NOT joined and I was extremely disappointed. My first initial impression of the young lady checking customers in was terrible. She was rude, disrespectful and just very nasty I felt. You would think since she was getting me checked in she would at least try to put on a happy face since I was visiting there gym but that wasn't the case. I proceeded to tell the gm and he had a issue nonchalant attitude, and told me to pass the information on to someone else...Which I understand businesses have a system as to how they run their company. But he was very nonchalant. And I'm sure the young woman did not receive any correction. Also...the equipment looks very out of date to the point of rusting. I was on a machine and did not feel safe at all. The hours are not the best prefer something that is 24 hours and the price.....no comment. I hope this helps...Customer service is so important no matter where you work and we all deal with customers that are difficult no matter the job. But a customer should never be disrespected because your having a bad day or whatever the reason is. I really hope they are able to get their staff in order.
Large facility. Have only a fair amount of class offerings. Some great instructors and some not so great. Need to update and maintain equipment better.
Really good facility. Clean. Plenty of cardio equipment and ample selection of resistance training equipment.
