The staff is completely incompetent and rude. We were hung up on when we asked about our loved one's whereabouts. Would not recommend this facility ever.

Do not listen to those who talk down upon this place. The staff is amazing and the care is impeccable. They are a great group and they really do care. If you're ever feeling down or want to get clean I highly recommend going here. Honestly.

I can't tell you how disgusted we were with this rehab center. They promote family involvement in their brosure but want to have nothing to do with the family. My brother entered this treatment center at 6pm on 8/16/17 an we were told that he could be there for 7 days. On the morning of 8/19/17 We were informed that he was being sent home. REALLY! He has a serious problem. We were planning to visit him on 8/19 so we asked for a meeting to discuss his treatment as we were concerned about his success when he came home. We were promised this meeting but after arriving to the facility we were denied. They then said that We needed to schedule an appointment and come back another day. We were then told that someone would be out to talk with us. We sat in the locked down waiting area where we could neither get in or out for 1 1/2 hours. The waiting area was only staffed during visitation hours and when they were over we were stuck inside untill they sent my brother out the door. Now, I have to say, that it does no good to request a meeting after they discharged my brother. I sat in that waiting area and listened to people who were visiting their loved ones talk about it being the 3rd and 4th time that thier loved one has been treated there. I also understand that most people relapse at least once. But when you see how this place operates it's no wonder that people are not successful. After the rest of the family got out we realized that my nephew was still inside so I walked back up to the door and tapped on the door to get his attention so that he could have someone let him outside. The women who was talking to my brother finilizing his paperwork at the counter had the nerve to tell him that a very impatient person outside wanted him. So unprofessional! The social worker who refused to talk to us on 8/19 has no business being in her chosen profession! In the end I'm happy that he was discharged after 2 1/2 days as my brother, is at this moment, on his way to the airport to fly to California for intensive inpatient treatment. I suggest that everyone else save their time and do the same for their loved one!

My brother has a very bad opiate problem it was either enter rehab or possibility of dying. So we called to set it up. Now mind you this is not the first bad experience at this facility. Anyway we get all the way there from the Cleveland area to be turned away because of a past due Bill that they could not even produce. We had no problem with paying whatever it was. But like I said they could not even come up with a balance or anything. The blonde lady that supposedly runs the place is the most Unprofessionial PArron id ever met.

The staff is AMAZING here but food is terrible and they are under new management so ALOT has changed since I have been there in 2013. Only get 5 cigarettes a day now. 1 at each break. Used to be able to take your pack outside with you and smoke a couple while you are out there. Used to be a kitchen in the day area that had snacks and drinks in it that isn't there anymore.

Save your time and your loved one and go somewhere else.
