The people at J. Foster jewelers are wonderful. They do great work too. Will never fo anyplace else.
We had bought an engagement ring about a year ago. Spent over $1,000 on it, got it appraised and it wasn't even worth $60. Took the ring to other Jewlers and they said it was worth $60 and they would give us $30 for it. What a joke.
Every time I've gone in to the store I never have to wait for service. There is always somewhere there to help and take their time to explain the products and help if you have any questions. I recently bought a ring there and had it customized to exactly the right style of band and shape size and quality of the diamond I requested. They now because of their friendliness have a customer for life. They also have some fantastic watches too.
It was nice. The lady was nice we were their for an hour because we weren't to sure on what we wanted. The other staff was friendly to they were talking to my 3 year old who at first wanted to touch everything they played with her which helped my mom and i pick out what we wanted
