I would give one star if I needed to. Irene is the most rude employee I have ever met. I love Marcos pizza and this is the closest one to my home. But this location is god awful. I had accidentally sent the pizza to the wrong house as it automatically puts my moms in. And I was waiting outside for the pizza and didn’t have my phone when they called. When I called back they were very rude about the entire situation and essentially said there was no more pizza and I will be refunded

Marcos pizza in Maumee ( conant)are not friendly at all and very rude and not honor news papers deals ..... is time to go back to Pizza Hut or any other , somebody need to remind them the client is the most important factor in business!!!!!

I usually order online and the delivery is always quicker than expected. The delivery people are always friendly too.
This is after they repeated over and over how “um well if you would’ve just put the right address we wouldn’t have this problem”
