The food was great, the wait staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was quiet. I would definitely go there again. Originally, we were going to Cracker Barrel, but they couldn't seat us right away, so that's how we happen to go to Smokey Bones.
Food good, service poor. Waitress nice. However, waited long time, 30 minutes to get first refill on drinks while waiting for our food. Waited 35-45 minutes for our food. Waitress did not explain the delay of our food nor apologized it took long. For a Friday night, there was no wait to be seated and it was busy but not extremely busy. The table next to us was unhappy they waited 1 hr for there food.
Brittany was a pleasure to have a my server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and things they were out of for the night. Brittany was always smiling and attentive to my needs.
The food was good but I waited 2 hours before I was seated. I was with a party of 6 so I expected to wait, just not that long. I did call ahead for seating and I was told 15 mins so I was disappointed that I waited 2 hours and the management really didn’t seem to care.
Good times with good friends. There's a wait sometimes but not too long. Food is good. Service had usually been fine. We'll be back.
