Small theater. One channel was out on the left side of our theaters sound system. This was in the XD setup they have. The pizza is awful even after having it reheated by the staff behind concessions just for it to be of temp. I love the area but this theater is a real disappointment.
Very Very Poor Management, When it takes Over 30 MINS. To get through the ADMISSION TICKET BOOTH TO GET IN WITH ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THE TICKET BOOTH, THEN IT TOOK FOREVER AT THE CONSSION STAND AS THE EMPLOYEES BEHIND THE COUNTER MOVED SLOWER THAN GRANNY 120 YEARS OLD AND DID NOT SEEM TO CARE FOR THE DELAY. AND MANAGEMENT DID NOT STEP UP THE SLOW SERVICE OR PUT MORE STAFF BEHIND THE ADMISSIONS COUNTER TO GET PEOPLE INTO THE THEATER, THE MOVIE WAS 15 MINS. INTO IT BEFORE WE GOT IN AND TO OUT SEATS. I THINK I WILL FIND ANOTHER THEATER TO PATRONIZE FROM NOW ON....THIS IS DISCUSSTINGLY REDICULESS AND UNCALLED FOR, VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT OF WHOM NEEDS BE FIRED, AND STAFF OF WHOM NEEDS TO BE GONE TOO IF THEY CANNOT PERFORM THIER JOB WITH A LITTLE COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM....
Much nicer facility than others in the area, usually not as busy either.
Nice theater in a good location. Staff is always friendly and picture and sound quality is great. Wish they could get some of the recliners here!
The last several movies have attended have had people talking the entire time and nothing is ever done about it. I stopped going to Westfield/ Franklin park mall theatre, so it looks like I'll be seeing all my movies up at Phoenix in Monroe from now on. The extra drive is worth the better seating and quieter attendees.
