The place is dirty, the waitress got the steaks messed up so I ate my husband's rare and him my medium well, they were not apologetic at all! Waitress was not very friendly and the other lady who brought out the food wouldn't even listen when we tried to explain the mix up, honestly I won't go back, to many other outstanding places to eat.
Typical Applebee's, sort of loud. Chilly near the door. Friendly fast service. Would do again. Thanks, it was good.
During my visit for lunch we had excellent service provided to us by Shane. It was very quick to take our drink order and it was distributed to us in a very quick time manner. He was quick to take our order and was funny. What our food arrived one part of the order was incorrect but he got it corrected quickly. All of the food was for prepared as requested. The restrooms were well taken care of and there was no visible trash or mess in the bathroom. Overall this was a great experience.

Had a great lunch with our server Shane. He was a great server with a dash of humor. He was on top of all our needs. Our food was on point. Hot and delicious. There was a mistake with the cheese on one of the sandwiches but was corrected quicky and without question.
