Love living here. Everybody is nice. Fred the manager and wife are very friendly. And great location to be.
Haven't lived here long but i absolutely love it. Neighbors are all nice and most are a bit older and quiet. I've heard that the roads aren't well plowed in the winter though. Trailers dont go on sale often but there are open lots to be had and space for RV's
It is a one lane road with mobile homes down both sides. Homes are very close togther, not much of a yard. They do allow campers/rvs here. The rent is okay. There is no playground for the kids. Which means the kids run wild and cut through your yard. No stopping them. Management does nothing about it. Some of the homes are run down but that doesn't matter. Quite place.
Very nice place to live. All the people are friendly. Its like living in d different world. U couldn't ask for better management. Very nice couple. Wish they would do some kind of activities. Like picnics everyone bring something, or park yard sales. Etc.
The landlord is nice & everyone watches out for each other
