Got my car detailed. Looks better than the day I got it!
I love the fact that it is a full service car wash. They wash the inside front ,back and side windows as well as vacuum out your car for you! This is a wonderful place to bring your car/truck and sit back and let THEM do the work for you. Then you get back into a clean vehicle - inside and out!
They don't know the meaning of "detail". Dropped the car there for their so called silver service. Overall it was a below average job but they also forgot to do the side mirrors. When I told them that the side mirrors are not done - the guy who checked me in claimed that it was done - looking at all the dried bird poop that still comes off with finger. A kid working with them admitted that side mirrors are not done and offered a car wash coupon. I was there for detailing not for their rotating automated wash that does nothing but put swirl scratches on the coating. I had to do the side mirrors and front bumper myself at home using my orbital. Expresso - never again!
I had gotten a Groupon for the silver package ended up costing $60 saving about 89 bucks. The work they did was nice. Besides not getting all the stains out, and having water stains on the windows. Oh, they also left my car soaking wet, SO BRING a towel with you at pick up. What I absolutely did not enjoy was being told over the phone that it was going to take 3 hrs. and that they had a nice waiting area where I could do homework. When I got there a young man told me it was going to take 5 to 6 hrs., and the waiting area, was literally a bench and very loud. Took a lyft home. They could have at least paid for my lyft fare for their inconvenience.
Had car detailed. Wow only $22 they washed outside. Cleaned inside. Shampooed carpets, windows, and leather. For $22 amazing
