Great facilities and always clean, but the attendant was rude. I asked if he could break a 5, he did but told me "they have things called banks for that" as he pointed to the PNC bank located next door. I had another rude experience with an attendant with the same chain at the location on Alexis near Sylvania. I recommend going to DJ's if your in Maumee, they are located next to the Taco bell.
Never go again, my vehicle was dirtier than when I went in. I understand you recirculate your water, but it is ridiculous.
The automatic wash is underwhelming, and lacks any actual scrubbers to get off serious grit. The rest of the wash is fine.
Horrible automated car wash system. Didn't CLEAN my car, in fact the entire back of it looked as if it hadn't been rinsed. Won't be back!!
3) when I asked the attendant on duty about it he said "nothing I can do about it"
1) they're expensive. $1.75 for a 3 minute wash. Expect to pay 4 dollars for a decent clean on your car and floor mats.
2) their machine for armor all clothes are my dollar.
I've been to several self service car washes. My Honda loves being cleaned. She needed some TLC, so I took her to super wash.
The items worked fine, but it's an extra 2.75 to use their soft brush. Please, I can get a 5 minute wash with a brush at other places for $2.00
